Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return / refund policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase and an RMA number issued by customer service. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Return products must have a RMA Number. We will authorize returns on items purchased from us in the last 30 Days. All short-dated, special order, and refrigerated products are not eligible for return.  Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping.

NO RETURNS ON COVID TEST KITS, IV Solutions or Special Order Items.
